In my opinion, Chi’s Sweet Home is the best anime about a pet. It’s suitable for all ages, and you may even learn a few things about cats. Apartment complex, so the Yamada family must keep Chi out of sight, especially from the landlady. Chi’s Sweet Home is not only entertaining, but enlightening for future cat owners like me. I had no idea about some of the things I’d have to go through while owning a cat, until I watched this anime. The anime series is directed by Mitsuyuki Masuhara and produced by Madhouse, the first episode aired on 31 March 2008.
Families come in all shapes and sizes in real life and anime as well! Here are a few anime that portray the unbreakable bonds that families share. The characters don’t have much depth, except the main star, Chi, of course.
Yamada, Youhei
For the record, Chi’s voice actress also plays Togepi in Pokemon and more importantly, Ushio in Clannad! Her name is Satomi Koorogi and the song is called Ouchi ga Ichiban. Please keep in mind that Chi is supposed to talk like a baby, so a bunch of her words are mispronounced hence the actual word in parentheses.
Chi's Sweet Adventure (こねこのチー ポンポンらー大冒険, Kyō no Koneko no Chi) is an anime television series adaption of the same name of manga. While being housebroken, the kitten mistakenly answers to "Chi" (as in shi- from shikko, the Japanese word for "urine") and this becomes her name. Chi then lives with her new family, learning about different things and meeting new people and animals. Home is where the heart is, and there is nothing closer to it than family.

If you don't like cats, or animals in general..I can't guarantee that this show will do it for you. But if you do like those things, you might just like them even more. The opening theme song is "Hey" (Nee, ねぇ) performed by Perfume.
One day, a small kitten named Chi is found by a young boy named Youhei and his mother. They decide to bring her back to their home to live with them despite their apartment's rules against keeping any pets. Chi, Youhei, and Youhei's parents cherish their time together as they make new friends, good memories, and have fun times together. A grey and white kitten with black stripes wanders away from her mother and siblings one day while enjoying a walk outside with her family. Lost in her surroundings, the kitten struggles to find her family and instead is found by a young boy, Youhei, and his mother.

The parents and the little boy are mainly there to serve their role of caring for and disciplining Chi. Soon they will feel like distant relatives or close neighbors. They take the kitten home, but, as pets are not allowed in their housing complex, they try to find her a new home. This proves to be difficult, and the family decides to keep the kitten. Now, this moreso applies to the sequel series, but early on, there was a moment where I almost cried. I almost cried during a 3-minute short about an animated cat named "Chi". I won't spoil either of the two sagas in Chi's life, because I want you to experience it for yourself.
Believe it or not, this is actually directed at adults, but my daughters both loved watching it with me. Unless you totally hate cats or are allergic to uber kawaiiness, you should give this anime a try. Even though it’s a hefty 104 episodes, the series is only a little over 5 hours in length. Heck, even if you have 30 minutes to spare, you can zip through the first 10 episodes to see if you like it.
Chi discovers that the black bear cat is still there, she just can't see him. If you love cats like I do, then immediately stop reading this review and go watch. He's trying so hard to say the park is his but once he gets into the grove of Chi's playfulness they have a ton of fun just chasing each other.
